Reproducibility

Reproducibility

The culture of eukaryotic cells plays an important role in basic cell- and molecular biology research as well as in applied bioscience. Using in vitro cultured cells as biological test systems places strict requirements on parameters which define the expansion and proliferation of the cells as well as their differentiation potential in culture in order to create an environment which is as closely comparable to the in vivo situation as possible.

Take a closer look at your cells

Regardless of which procedure is chosen, you should first check  the cells under the microscope. This is not only important to confirm the absence of contamination but it also serves to reveal the status of your cultures.
